Leadership coaching for product leaders

You didn't lose your edge.
You outgrew your old map.

The habits that got you to Lead PM — sharp judgement, tight execution, being the one with the answer — quietly stop working at Director. This is deep, developmental coaching for product leaders who sense the shift and want to grow into it rather than grind through it.

The approach

Find your bearings. Then choose your way forward.

Most leadership programmes hand you a framework — a stakeholder matrix, a better one-on-one. Useful, but rarely what's actually constraining you.

It's the identity underneath: the PM who earned trust with the best answer, now leading people whose answers have to be better than yours. The operator who moved fast, now holding a bet that won't resolve for four quarters.

This isn't additive growth. It's a change in how you make meaning of the work — which is why the work draws on adult development theory and the Enneagram: not personality parlour tricks, but a way to see the pattern you're running, and why it made sense until now.

Ways to work together

01

re:write

Coming soon · 180-day cohort programme

The flagship, currently taking shape: a six-month cohort for Lead PM to Director-level product leaders rewriting the story of how they lead. Built on adult development theory and the Enneagram, combining group work with individual coaching — small by design, so nothing stays abstract.

For leaders stepping into scope that their old operating style can't carry. Join the waitlist to hear when it opens.

02

1:1 coaching

Ongoing · fortnightly

Private, unhurried work for an individual leader in the middle of a shift in who they are as a leader — a new mandate, a team that has outgrown the way you run it, or a quieter sense that the role no longer fits the person doing it.

Chosen by you, not assigned to you. Confidential from first session to last.

About

Suren Anwar

Founder & coach, Longitude Leadership

Mission: I help people find their way back to themselves — past the roles, metrics, and expectations that quietly rewrote who they thought they had to be — so they can lead, and live, more fully as who they actually are.

You didn't lose your edge. You outgrew your old map.

Portrait of Suren Anwar, founder of Longitude LeadershipFor most of my career, I thought the problem was me.

I became Grab's second product manager almost by accident, and thrived — until the company outgrew the map I was navigating by. I tried to redraw myself to fit the feedback. It didn't fully work. The pattern repeated twice more, at two more companies, before I recognised it: not a skills gap, not bad luck — a structural pattern. Every few years, the complexity of my environment outran my current capacity to make sense of it.

I wasn't broken. I was navigating without an updated map.

Through Longitude Leadership, I coach product leaders — Lead PM through Director, mostly at fast-scaling Series B–D companies — hitting the same edge I hit three times over. I help them get their bearings again, so they can choose their own way forward.

Suren is very engaging and he would recap what I shared and link it to the certain strengths and weaknesses of the other Enneagram types beside my Core 9.
