Coaching engagements
Coaching is a developmental partnership. It is not therapy, medical care, or a guarantee of any specific career, financial, or personal outcome. Individual engagements are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, scheduling, and cancellation.
Bookings and cancellations
Sessions booked through the scheduling link may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Programme and workshop terms, including payment and cancellation policies, are set out in the relevant engagement agreement.
Confidentiality
Coaching conversations are treated as confidential in line with the ICF Code of Ethics, subject to legal exceptions.
Intellectual property
All text, imagery, and programme materials on this site belong to Longitude Leadership and may not be reproduced without permission.
